Courier Service FAQs

For those offices that are located in Ohio, we offer a courier service to and from your location. If you are unsure if your office is within our courier’s radius, please give us a call. For those who are outside our courier’s range, we offer UPS/FedEx shipping.

  1. How do I schedule a pick-up? Please call us at 234.678.5340 or toll-free 877.622.3533 or send an email to: support@mabeldental.com 
  2. What is Mabel Dental Lab’s hours of operation? Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. EST – 4:30 p.m. EST
  3. What happens if we call for a pick-up and your lab is closed? If you reach us after our hours of operation, you may leave a message and we will schedule your pick-up for the following business day when we reopen. (you may also call our courier, Mercury Service directly up to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday EST)
  4. What is Mercury Service, your courier’s contact information? Mercury Service – 1.800.527.2187 | Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. EST – 5:00 p.m. EST | www.mercuryservice.com
  5. If we call Mercury Service directly, what do we tell them? Simply state “I have a pick-up for Mabel Dental Lab” and then provide your “office name, street address and city”.
  6. What do we do when our office runs out of courier labels? Please contact us and we will provide you with additional labels with your next case; we can also fax/email you a label as needed (the courier cannot provide you with the labels).
  7. Is there any limit to the number of boxes I can send with the courier? You may send up to 4 boxes at no additional cost. Please use a courier label for each box that you send to ensure it arrives at our lab in a timely manner.
  8. What if I need more boxes or other supplies? If you need more boxes, bubble wrap or plastic bags, just let us know and we will be happy to send you more! You can print any of our Prescription Rx directly from our downloads page.
