Time of pick-up and delivery may affect turnaround time.
Working times are NOT guaranteed and do NOT include weekends, holidays or the day the case is received in lab.
Rush service available on most Removable products but must be pre-scheduled by calling us at 234.678.5340
Please note there are additional fees for rush cases.
Personalized Smile Partner Service
We always notify your office based on your preferred communication method when your case is received and we provide you with an estimated return date.
We also notify your office when your case is completed and leaves our lab so that you know when you can expect it.
This personalized service helps to eliminate patient rescheduling and ensures your office is always kept in the loop!
