To ensure successful and timely completion of your case, please complete the following steps:
1. Print and complete a Prescription Rx.

2. Pack the Case
- Always pour alginate impressions in stone before shipping to the lab to avoid distortion and inaccuracies.
- Separate multiple impressions/models to prevent breakage.
- Secure bites, crowns or other small items especially implant parts in a small bag or container.
- Combine as many cases as possible into 1 box or simply tape 2 small boxes together.
- Pack with bubble wrap or foam and enclose the signed prescription. Make sure contents are secure and won’t shift.
- Seal the box securely with packing tape and attach the provided shipping label.
3. Prepare the Shipping Label
If you have already been supplied with our pre-paid shipping labels simply adhere the label to the outside of the box.
If you are a new Smile Partner and do not yet have our shipping labels, please call us at 234.678.5340 / 877.622.3533.
Our shipping labels can be forwarded to our Smile Partners quickly via email or fax.
When you need more shipping labels, simply contact us directly. It is important that you order shipping labels only through our shipping department rather than calling UPS or FedEx directly. This will ensure that your labels are completed accurately so that your cases arrive as scheduled.
4. Track Your Case
To Mabel Dental Lab: Simply record the tracking number from the provided pre-paid shipping label. When we receive your case, we will send you a confirmation via your preferred communication method with an estimated return date.
From Mabel Dental Lab: When your case is completed, you will receive an email or phone call (your choice) that your case has been shipped with the tracking number.
To track a shipment sent via FedEx, simply CLICK HERE and enter your tracking number.
To track a shipment sent via UPS, simply CLICK HERE and enter your tracking number.
Shipping Policy
When you need a pick-up simply give us a call or give your package to any UPS driver or any FedEx Ground driver or drop your package off at a localUPS Store/Drop-box or FedEx Store.

Local Pick-up and Delivery:
Depending on your location you may qualify for our FREE daily case pick-up and delivery via our courier. Please kindly call us by 3pm the day before and we will gladly pick up the case.
