Teeth Selection
Standard Removable Line
Our standard* teeth are included at no extra cost. We use high-quality teeth from Yamahachi (fabricated in Japan), an acrylic 2-layer tooth – view the mould chart and shade guide.
*Ivoclar teeth (Ivostar & Gnathostar) are available for an additional fee.
Prestige Removable Line
For our Prestige* cases, we use Artic teeth by Kulzer. View the

Shipping Options
Ohio – Courier Service
Our courier, Mercury Service, serves most of Ohio. Please contact us toll-free at 877.622.3533 or by email to verify eligibility. If eligible, we will send labels for you to use on each box.
Cost: $9 each way (up to 4 packages at once for one flat fee).
Nationwide – UPS
We ship UPS anywhere within the US and Worldwide. You can conveniently print a UPS label at any time directly on our website (US locations only).
- Shipping cost: $9* each way per label/box
- If you ship to our lab using your own label, we will ship back to you at no cost*
- All outbound digital cases will incur an outbound shipping charge

Turnaround Times
The following are typical in-lab working times (not including weekends or holidays). Time of pick-up and delivery may affect total turnaround. Rush service is available on most products with pre-scheduling.
