Our standard* case teeth are included at no extra cost for our laboratory clients. We use high quality Yamahachi teeth fabricated in Japan, an acrylic 2-layer tooth, click here to view the mould chart.

Shipping Options

  • Ohio Locations – Courier
    Our 3rd party courier, Mercury Service serves most of Ohio. Please contact us toll-free 877.622.3533 or by email to verify eligibility. If eligible, we will get you signed up, send you bar code labels and schedule your case for pick-up. The cost is $9 each way (up to 4 packages at once). 

 

  • Nationwide – UPS
    We ship via UPS anywhere within the United States and worldwide!     You can conveniently print a UPS label at anytime directly on our website here.
    Shipping Cost: $9* each way per label/box
    Alternate Shipping Option: if you ship to our lab using your own label; we will ship back to you at no cost*.
    *All outbound digital cases will incur an outbound shipping charge. An additional cost for some shipping services including residential delivery or out of area surcharges may apply. 

 

 

Digital Impressions / Upload Files

  • Digital Impressions – you can send files directly from your scanner or by using our file upload page, your DDX account, or email.
    For a DDX case step by step instructional video, please click here. DDX training is also available at no charge.
  • Digital File Cut-off: 4:00 PM (EST) Monday – Friday

Prescription Rx – we recommend using one of our Prescription Rx forms to avoid confusion and delays.
