Shipping Options
- Ohio Locations – Courier
Our 3rd party courier (Mercury Service) services most locations within the state of Ohio. Please call 877.622.3533 or email us to verify that we can service your location. We can then send you courier labels and schedule your case pick-up. The cost is $9 each way up to 4 packages.
- Nationwide Smile Partners – UPS
Shipping via UPS anywhere within the continental United States. For shipping times, please see the below map. Yellow areas are next business day, all other areas we ship via 2 business days.
Shipping cost: $9* each way or you can ship to us at your expense using your own label and then we will ship back to you at no cost*. You can print a UPS label right here.
*additional cost for some shipping services including residential delivery or out of area surcharges. All outbound digital cases incur an outbound shipping charge.
Digital Impressions
- Digital Impressions – we offer a variety of convenient ways for you to send digital files. You may send files directly from your scanner, our DDX portal; our file upload page, email or our recommended 3rd party upload site wetransfer. All digital impression cases require at least 6 business days.
