iTero*

Our partnership with iTero allows our Smile Partners to receive discounts on a variety of iTero scanners by Align. You purchase the scanner directly from iTero and in return for sending us a minimum monthly case volume, we provide a monthly credit on your lab bill equal to your monthly scanner payment. In other words, you effectively earn a FREE scanner by simply sending your lab work to us!

 

 

 

Medit*

Our partnership with Medit is identical to that of iTero. Medit offers a variety of scanners at a discount for our Smile Partners. You purchase the scanner directly from Medit, and in return for sending us a minimum monthly case volume, we provide a monthly credit on your lab bill equal to your monthly scanner payment. The result? Your Medit scanner becomes effectively FREE by sending us your lab work.

Scanner Program FAQs*

Purchase-your-own-scanner option

Once you purchase a scanner from the dealer of your choice and start sending digital cases to Mabel Dental Lab, we apply a monthly credit to your account. The total reimbursement equals the scanner’s purchase price and is paid out over a set number of months based on your case volume.
Sure. If you purchase a scanner for $20,000 and select a term length of 36 months, you would need to send a minimum of $2,200 of digital case volume to receive a $555.56 monthly credit on your next Mabel Dental Lab statement.
Nope! You select the scanner, model, and dealer. As long as it’s an intraoral scanner (IOS) purchased on or after May 1, 2025, it qualifies.
You must be a licensed dentist actively operating in the United States. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and payment for your scanner, and you must meet a minimum monthly digital case volume with Mabel Dental Lab.
If your monthly digital case volume falls short, or your account is past due, the credit for that month will be forfeited. No worries, though—you can still qualify for credits in future months once you’re back on track.
Nope! There’s no long-term contract. However, to continue to receive monthly credits, you’ll need to meet the minimum monthly digital case requirement.
To qualify for full reimbursement of your intraoral scanner, you must send a minimum amount of digital lab volume to Mabel Dental Lab each month. The exact minimum depends on your scanner’s purchase price and chosen reimbursement period. Use the calculator above to estimate your requirement.
There’s no monetary penalty, but if you stop sending cases, you won’t receive further reimbursement credits. Your participation is flexible—no long-term contract required.
Yes! You can select a reimbursement period that aligns with your expected case volume. A shorter term requires a higher monthly case volume, while a longer term allows for a lower monthly requirement.
