On this page below you can upload digital STL files, scans, x-rays, patient photos, Rx and more. Please include or reference a Prescription Rx and include the material choice, tooth number, shade, product line and any additional information.

CUT-OFF TIME: Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM (EST) 
Any case or file received after the stated cut-off will be worked on the next business day.

 

For greater convenience, we recommend uploading digital cases directly to your DDX Account.

Digital Turnaround Time
Please allow 6 in lab business days for most digital cases (excludes shipping).

You can check the case status and estimated return date by logging into your DDX account.
If for any reason you do NOT see your case posted in DDX within 1 business day, please contact us.
