Digital Dentures
Mabel Dental Lab is proud to offer Digital Dentures! These high quality dentures offer patients an accurate, entirely 3D-printed denture solution! Our lab is able to make digital dentures from traditional impressions or digital impressions directly from any scanner. After we receive your impressions, CAD/CAM design software is used to create the denture base and teeth set-up. We can print a monochromatic try-in or take your case directly to finish. The final product uses digital 3D-printing technology from our trusted manufacturing partners. If you don’t have a scanner, no problem, we can still scan your physical impressions or models.
Digital dentures offer many benefits over traditionally made dentures, including increased precision, a quicker and more efficient production process, and the ability to re-print a denture if a patient should break or lose theirs. Digital dentures are over 50% more accurate and often reduce patient chair time by 29% while increasing patient satisfaction by over 25%. If a patient already has an existing denture, you can receive your digital denture in just 2 appointments!
